Technical Problems

Last February 19, I decided to finally transfer my blogs to its own dedicated servers.  I bought some dedicated IPs for my blogs.  For a day or two, I thought the transfer went well… then came 4 of my blogs are down.  I checked my cpanel only to learn that my blog files are gone!

We only thought there might be some glitches so I really install my files again.  The down time went on for one week.  The technical support we were able to talk to said somebody has hacked into my files and injected a script, an auto-remove script that deletes my files inside.  And it means everything!

Then came Monday night when a technical support emailed me that my blogs has virus and it already infected the servers.  Because they need to clean the servers, they didn’t let me re-install my files for more than a day, they also need to monitor their server status.  My hosting provider said that the attack came from my posts, through a plugin, from a certain Paid To Link service.

Now that the servers are clean, they advised me to upload new files.  Clean files without infected scripts.  The problem is, how will I do that???  It means I can’t upload my backed up files because they might be infected as well.  And if I manually retrieve my posts, what will happen to my posts permalinks which I’m sending out to my advertisers for their reviews?

Good thing, my best friend is always there all through out the heart breaking process of knowing my blogs has virus, and she also helped me how to resolve my problem.  Right now, I’m praying… and praying hard that this solution will work out.

Right now… I’m still praying… please be alright from now on :-(

PS.  Plug-in from POSTLINKS is what my hosting provider saw that infected and attack my files and their servers.  SO BEWARE!  Already sent them an email, they replied and asked for more information, so I gave them what they need.  As of this writing, I’m still waiting for any updates from them.

She Loves To Sing, She Loves Music

I want to share in this blog my Little Zoie’s love for singing. She shared this love for singing from her Ninang CB, my sister-in-law.

Since they have the same hobby, last Christmas my SIL gave her a gift that she can’t stop using until now…

beyerdynamic microphones, but she still loves it just the same.  It also has a built-in clapping sound so after she sings she’ll press it and take a bow.  Cute, right?

It seems that she likes music, so I know what I will do to enhance her talent:  find a summer class for music and support her all the way. ^_^

Love Quotes

It is the ‘Love Month’ and everyone are so busy preparing for today’s event… Valentine’s Day!

As a tribute for today’s occasion, I’m sharing a few quotes I found or searched online.  Feel free to grab them as long as you link it back to the original source, ok? ^_^

“There is only one happiness in life,
to love and be loved.”
– George Sand –

“Love is strong yet delicate.

It can be broken.
To truly love is to understand this.
To be in love is to respect this.”
– Stephen Packer –

“Marriage is not a ritual or an end.

It is a long, intricate,
intimate dance together
and nothing matters more
than your own sense of balance
and your choice of partner.”
– Amy Bloom –

“Love bears all things, believes all things,

hopes all things, endures all things.”
– The Bible : 1 Corinthians –

“Love is a moment that lasts forever…”

– Julie Wittey –

Love – a wildly misunderstood although highly desirable malfunction of the heart which weakens the brain, causes eyes to sparkle, cheeks to glow, blood pressure to rise and the lips to pucker.

Love is an ideal thing, marriage a real thing; a confusion of the real with the ideal never goes unpunished.

Falling in love is like being struck by lightning. You can no more make it strike you than you can avoid it.

A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! :-)
